THANKSGIVING BREAK

The studio will be closed November 26th, 27th, & 28th! We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

TOFFEE FUNDRAISER

There are papers in the office for you to pick up if you would like to sell toffee for the holidays. I must add that it is delicious and makes great gifts. They are due soon so hurry and get your information and start selling. The money you profit can go towards costumes, entry fees, etc.

RECITAL DVD

We had a DVD made from last years recital and clips of all competitions. It is really cute and fun and is available for you to purchase for $10.00 there is a sign up sheet on the TV in the studio if you would like one. If you would like to view it please stop in and we can play it for you.

PAYMENT POLICY

I would like to remind everyone of our payment policy. All tuition must be paid up to date before you can receive any extra items. For example you can not pay for your costumes and receive them if you have not paid for tuition. (If you pay money to go towards costumes it will be applied to tuition first) There will be a $10.00 late fee per month for those that are behind on tuition. There will also be a $10.00 fee on all returned checks. If you are not sure if you are up to date please feel free to ask. I will also be sending out emails this weekend to those of you with past due accounts.

REMINDER ON GORE BOOTS

I wanted to remind you that the order forms are due for the gore boots on November 14th. I am positive that almost everyone will need a pair because we are ordering from a new company. This is the only order I am going to place so please do not forget! Also you should have a $50.00 deposit made on costumes and entry fees!

REMINDER

Just a quick reminder that your $50.00 costume deposit should have been paid already and the $50.00 competition deposit is due at the first of November along with the gore boot order which is due by November 14th! HALLOWEEN

The divines will not be having class on Friday October 31st because of Halloween I know that I will get about 2 girls in class. You can sign up for a make up class for either Tuesdays 7:00-8:30 or Thursdays 5:00-7:00 please just let me know when you are coming so our classes do not get to full. These classes are ballet so you can come on any Tuesday or Thursday that works best for you.

SCARECROW FESTIVAL PERFORMANCE

The girls are to be at Thanksgiving point at 5:00 p.m ready to dance. You should have received two wrist bands which will get you into the festival. The performers are to enter on the west side and head for the covered stage at electric park! Hair is parted on the right side slicked into a bun. Please use the makeup from last year ( I know those of you that are new do not have it please use something) We will see you then!

DIVINES CLASS ON OCTOBER 24TH

The Divines will be having class on Friday October 24th from 9:00-11:00. If you can not make it at this time please contact me and I can get you in another make up class. We would rather have you all there at the scheduled time please.

DANCE PAWS AND TIGHTS

We just placed a big order for tights and dance paws they will be available for you to purchase in the studio next week!

SCAREACROW FESTIVAL

The following teams will be performing at the scareacrow festival at Thanksgiving Point on Monday Oct. 20th at 5:45p.m. on the covered stage located in the middle of electric park.

I will be sending home a wrist band for each dancer and for one parent. This wrist band will give you free entrance for the 20th only. You will be entering at a specific entrance for performers I just can not remeber if it is on the east or west side ( I am soooo tired) so I will get back to you. Please be there ready to perform at 5:00 sharp so the girls can stretch and get a good look at the stage. Any questions please let me know. By the way if you have not paid your 50.00 costume deposit please get that in we are going to have costumes ready for them! Hopefully if our material gets here on time.

FALL BREAK

The Studio will be closed on October 16th and 17th! Enjoy your fall break!

CANDLE FUNDRAISER

If you have sold any candles your packet MUST BE TURNED IN BY THIS MONDAY THE 29TH BY 8:00 P.M. If you turn them in later than that they will not be excepted!

WARM UPS AND GORE BOOTS

There are order forms for both the warm ups and the gore boots on the desk at the studio. Please pick one up asap so you can get your orders in on time!

WARM UPS AND DANCE SHOES

We are still planning on getting new warm ups this season. It is a long story but I should have prices out to you this time next week so we can get them ordered! I will also try to have a picture of them posted so you can get a preview of them!
There will be samples of gore boots in various sizes for the girls to try on and place and order in the dance studio in the next few weeks! Please look for that! I am only going to make one order and we are getting a new brand this year. We are not using the same company as we did last year they where a pain in the behind and so were the shoes. I hated them! So therefore you can not use the shoes from last year to perform in but you can use them for practice! We will also have the dance paws in the studio for you to purchase!

UPCOMING PERFORMANCE

We have a performance scheduled for Oct 20Th at the Scarecrow Festival held at Thanksgiving point! Our scheduled time is from 5:45-6:15 I do know that the Senior and Elite Company's will be performing for sure. We will let you know what other teams will be performing as well in the next few weeks. It just depends on what teams have routines ready to perform! Please mark your calendars for that date. I do know it is the Monday following the fall break, but hopefully everyone would be back in town by then! The girls that are performing plus one adult will be let in free to the festival!

COSTUME AND COMPETITION DEPOSIT

We are asking that you each have a $50.00 costume deposit paid for by the end of September. I sent out an email asking for it sooner which would be fabulous! I just have been behind getting the message to everyone! Being a mom takes a lot of time! I love every minute of it! (except three in the morning Ha Ha I still love it!) We would also like a $50.00 competition deposit paid for by the first of November. We feel that getting some of the fees paid for now helps with the tight months of December and January when we ususally ask that the balance of everything be paid in full! If you wish to pay extra other than that please note it on your checks and we will credit your account!
