COSTUME PRICE LIST

Below is a price for each teams costumes. These need to be paid in full by February 26th! My companies and Divines need to have at least $75.00 paid towards costumes by January 13th because of upcoming performances! Please remember when you are writing out checks to please specify what you are paying for and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pay the exact amount. If you choose to round up or down it screws up our tax deposit in the worst way.

The entry fee prices will be posted later this week so please be looking!

NEW PRACTICE OUTFITS!!!!

We are getting new practice outfits this year. Each girl is required to have one for this year. The set for the minis will be $24.00 plus tax is $25.55 for the rest of the teams it will be $28.00 plus tax is $29.81 We are going to use the same color for the shorts so if your still fit and are in good condition they will be $16.00 plus tax is $16.75 for just a new top. (They are a new fabric and style) Please have these paid for by the First of November and your daughter will receive hers as soon as they are paid for! For those of you that are new we use these to practice in the week of competition and any extra practices we have on the gym floors to prepare for competition as well as wearing them under our warm ups at competition or for those who don't have warm ups. They make it so much easier for us teachers to clean routines and see any mistakes when they are all in the same outfit. They are also allowed to wear them whenever they would like.

COSTUME AND ENTRY FEE DEPOSITS

We are asking that you please pay a $50.00 deposit towards your costumes by the end of October and a $50.00 deposit on entry fees by the end on November! This makes it possible for us to get the material ordered and signed up for our first few competitions. It will also make it a lot nicer for you come January and February when you have that credit on your account!

DANCE COMPETITION DATES

Following are the dates for this upcoming competition season. I apologize that we will have three in a row but no one is scheduling for the first week of April and Spring Break is the next week so this is the only option that we have. Please mark your calendars!

All team competitions are held on Saturdays. Friday dates are only for those who are doing a solo, duo, and or trio!

EPIC DANCE CONVENTION TO BE HELD AT A LATER DATE

The EPIC dance convention is being postponed until the first of next year in either January or February! This will give you more time to save for it and prepare. I really feel that it would be a wonderful experience for your girls!

JUNIOR COMPANY GUEST CHOREOGRAPHY DATES

The choreographer will be teaching the Junior Company on Thursday September 17th at regular dance time and she will be finishing on Saturday September 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. everyone must be at practice this day so they can learn the full routine! No exceptions!

THERE WILL BE NO DANCING ON LABOR DAY!

EPIC DANCE CONVENTION

There is a dance convention being help at the Provo Marriot September 11th and 12th. This is a great oppurtunity for your girls to go and learn great new things and push them selves to become better dancers. I encourage you all to give it a try! For ages 7 and up it will cost $160.00 total for the two days. Please let me know if you would like to sign up and I will get you the info!

ZUMBA CLASSES

We would like to announce that we are now offering Zumba classes. What is Zumba? A great workout for those who love to have fun while getting in some great cardio. The classes are held on Tuesday nights @ 7:00 and Thursday mornings @ 9:00. Come and join the fun!

DROP OFF AND PICK UPS

We ask you to please utilize the back parking area to pick up and drop off your kids especially if they are dancing in the new studio. It is located in the building just behind our main studio. This will help eliminate all the congestion out front on a very busy and dangerous street.

WARM UPS AND GORE BOOTS

There are order forms in both offices of the studios for our warm ups and gore boots. This will be the only order that I will be making so please get them in by the 4th. I will size the girls for both items so you do not need worry about that. Thank you!

DANCING BEGINS THE WEEK OF AUGUST 10TH!!!

AUGUST TUITION

The tuition for the month of August will be full price. If you pay $110.00 we will put $25.00 towards entry fee if you pay $95.00 we will put $20.00 towards entry fees and if you pay $60.00 we will put $15.00 towards entry fees.

If you are on a company your tuition will be full price plus a choreography fee. We are bringing in Alesa Jarvie to choreograph some of our routines for this year. Alesa grew up dancing at the Dance Club then after High School danced for Mia Michaels Company (AMAZING) and then danced on Odyssey. We are very excited to have her and know she will do an amazing job! For the Elites it will be $50.00 and for the Junior and Teens it will be $30.00

The first week of dancing we will send home a order form for those who wish to order the warm ups and for those who need the tan gore boots. The gore boots are required and I will be placing only one order this year at the first of September! So please get the orders returned as fast as possible! Thank You!

NEW THIS SUMMER!

We are so excited to announce that we are now offering classes in Adult Ballroom, Adult Jazz, Beginning Ballroom for ages 10 and up Hip Hop for ages 10 and up and early morning Aerobics!



These classes will begin the week of June 15th and run for six weeks!



Adult Ballroom will be held on Tuesday nights from 7:30p.m.-8:30p.m.
The cost will be as follows: $18.00 per class per couple or you can purchase a six week pass for $98.00 (please remember this is per couple)



Beginning Ballroom for ages 10 and up will be held on Tuesday nights from 6:30p.m.-7:30p.m.
The cost will be as follows: $9.00 per class per person or you can purchase a six week pass for $49.00 per person!



Adult Inter/Adv Jazz classes will be held on Thursday nights from 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m.
The cost will be as follows: $12.00 per class or six week pass for $60.00



Hip Hop for ages 10 and up will be held on Thursdays from 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m.
The cost will be as follows: $10.00 per class or six week pass for $48.00



Aerobics will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30a.m.-7:30a.m.
The cost will be $5.00 per class or a six week pass for $18.00

For those of you that are already taking our summer technique classes you can add one of these classes for an extra $15.00 for the six weeks or two extra classes for an extra $20.00 for the six weeks!

NEW THIS SUMMER!

Hey everyone (MOMS) just wanted to let you know that we will be offering an aerobics class this summer! Kate will be teaching a great combonation class of cardio and strength training! So come join us and get in shape!
The classes will begin June 17th and run for six weeks! They will be held on Wednesday Mornings from 6:30-7:30a.m.
The cost will be $5.00 for any single time or you can purchase a six week punch pass for $18.00

DANCE RECITAL INFORMATIOM

WOW! Like always time as flown by. Our show will be May 30th at the Covey Center for the Performing Arts in Provo. (Same as last year) We will be having a mandatory rehearsal on May 29th from 12:30 until 3:00 in prove. Please be on time with your costumes and shoes. We are dancing the whole month of May so tuition is full price. There will also be a $10.00 Recital fee per girl due by the 17th of May. This makes it possible for your family and friends to come and enjoy the show for free. The following teams will be performing in the Junior and Senior show, Seniors, Elites, Divines, and Supremes. Please be at the Covey Center on the 30th by 5:30 those of you that are in only the Senior Show you will need to be there at 7:00 the show will begin at 7:30. These teams are the following Diva Elites, Encores, Petites, and Pre Team. Parents we do ask that you only come to our Senior show this night unless you have a different daughter in each show. Those of my teams that are dancing in both please just attend the Senior Show. We would appreciate your coopaertaion with this matter.

DANCE RECITAL

The dance recital will be held on Saturday May 30th and the rehearsal will be on May 29th. We are aware that this is the last day of school but this was are only option other than the weekend before which is a holiday that a lot of you leave town for. So we felt that the last weekend in May would be better. The show will be held at the Covey Center for the Performing Arts!

TONS OF INFORMATION PLEASE READ!!!!

It is getting so close to a lot of performances and competitions and there are so many things that you all need to know.
* First of all please make sure your daughters are to every class from now on and please encourage them to work hard even if they have a head ache or their arm hurts. I have even had girls want to sit out because they have cramps. I guess I figure they will live through the moderate pain!
* If they do miss the week of a competition or performance they will not be able to perform
* All tuition, costumes, and entry fees must be paid for before they can compete!
* We will be using the same makeup as last year and for those of you that are new I will have some for you to use this year because we will be ordering new next year I do not want to order more.
* We will also be using the same earrings and rhinestone bobby pins as last year so please check to see if you still have yours. If not we need to know and you will have to purchase new ones. If this is your first year we will have those for you! As for the eyelashes I know you can get them cheaper at a beauty supply place because each time I try to order the cheaper ones they are out of stock. SO please make sure you pick up a pair before competition!
* Once again each girl is required to have the new gore boots so please make sure that you get those paid for and your daughter can start practicing in them. They will not want to compete in brand new shoes they need to be broke in!
* They also need a pair of tights and dance paws which I have for sale at the studio. They must have the exact colors that I have so please get them at the studio!

SENIOR AND ELITES ENTRY FEES

I made a really big mistake and had forgotten about these two teams fourth dance. Your entry fees will be $210.00 I apologize and hope that you can all understand that I am still trying to balance being a working mom!

COMPETITION ENTRY FEES

Here are the entry fees for each team. Some of you have already paid a $50.00 deposit so please subtract that from your total. The fees will be due on or before February 20th.

Elite Company, Senior Company, Supremes, Divines: $160.00

Encores. Diva Elites, Petites: $110.00

Pre Team: Spanish Fork, Syracuse, SLC only $45.00 They will be competiting only one routine but will have two for the show. I did not know if you would want to drive all the way to St. Geroge for only one routine. You let me know what you would like to do and we will go with the majority.

SOLOS DUOS AND TRIOS

If your daughter is competing in a solo, duo, or trio you will need to go to championproductionsusa.com to sign up for Spanish Fork, St. George, and the SLC competitions I believe the first dead line is February 28th but you might want to double check. The Provo competition does not have an online sign up so I will have those papers at the studio for you to pick up this week! Also if you would like to compete at the Jump convention please let me know and I can sign you up. You must attend the convention to be eligible to compete.
